Although our parts supply is full of industry leaders, NC’s back office carefully inspects incoming materials to ensure that each part is in perfect condition.

Now NC’s top-end and the industry’s highest-end center-controlled five-way robot is working, and the R&D staff makes some of the most important cutting adjustments to each welding interface of the frame after debugging the accuracy of the equipment, yes, that’s it, let’s focus on it.
Therefore, with higher-end and more advanced equipment and technology, NC’s production efficiency and product quality have only reached the industry-leading level.

Obviously I don’t mean to show off, but this is the truth, this is the finished product, high quality, high efficiency and reliability of NC.
Vibration test
NC always puts the quality of its products first. Each frame needs to pass three tests before it can be produced. First, we first put the frame on this machine to test the vertical compression of this frame, and we try to put weight on different areas of the frame to assess the sturdiness of the frame, and the frame needs to pass 100,000 vibrations to pass;
Then this machine is connected to the pedals to test the pressure of the pedals, which also needs to be tested 100,000 times, and then finally we have this machine here, which is testing the durability related to the suspension-related durability, which needs 200,000 vibrations to pass.
And these tests can be done in one day, and NC will ensure efficiency while pursuing quality.
Complete vehicle inspection
Immediately after the e-bike is installed, our master will test it to see if the wiring is usual, if the ride is smooth, if the shock absorption is intact;
In short, we confirm the good condition of the vehicle before we deliver it.
